Welcome to Kaddi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaddi mobile application, website, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kaddi, you confirm that you:

The Kaddi name, logo, and all related names, logos, and service marks are trademarks of Kaddi. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

Kaddi is a personal planning and life-tracking tool. It supports your own decisions about health, money, and life, but it does not provide medical, health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. The information and features provided through our Services are for informational and motivational purposes only and should not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KADDI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaddi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct poses a risk to us or other users
• We discontinue the Services

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaddi regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
